This place is Ty Pren, which is a Welsh log cabin in Dyffryn Ardudwy. It's on the edge of the village. The main coast road is nearby, so you'll hear some traffic, but you're in walking distance to things.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with beds you can zip together into big doubles if you want. Two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's well equipped and in good order. It's a log cabin so it's got that wood-panelled feel, it's warm and dry.
The garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs or kids. There's a veranda with a hot tub on it. You can sit in there and look at the garden. It's a treat.
You're about a mile from Morfa Dyffryn beach. It's a long, sandy beach, good for walks. The village has a shop about five minutes walk away. A couple of pubs and a chippy are about ten minutes walk. They're fine.
If you want to go out, Harlech Castle is about ten minutes drive south. The town is up on the hill. Barmouth is about fifteen minutes north, you can walk the bridge there. For railways, the Ffestiniog Railway is up in Porthmadog, maybe twenty-five minutes. The big attractions like Zip World in Blaenau Ffestiniog are about forty minutes drive inland, into the mountains.
Stuff it has: parking right outside, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. There's a BBQ in the garden. Bedding and towels are included. We accept up to two dogs. We've left a cot and a highchair in the cupboard if you need them.
