Morannedd Bach is in Dyffryn Ardudwy. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one floor. That makes it straightforward if stairs are a problem for anyone.

Harlech is just down the road. The castle is worth a visit. Harlech Castle. Barmouth is about ten minutes in the car. Good for a walk along the front and an ice cream. The bridge there is part of the coast path.
You're right on the edge of Snowdonia here. The Snowdonia National Park authority site has walking route guides. The Nantcol waterfalls are a short drive inland, good for a paddle on a warm day.
For facilities: there's parking, a washing machine, bedding and towels are included, and there's WiFi. It has an electric vehicle charger. No pets, sorry.
