Cysgod Y Coed
Cysgod Y Coed is an apartment downstairs in our own house in Llanbedr. It's separate and has its own front door. The garden you see is yours to use.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one shower room. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped. Everything is on the ground floor.
The kitchen, dining and sitting room are all one open space. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We leave you a few local bits to get you started when you arrive.
You're about a ten minute walk from the village centre. There's a shop and a couple of pubs there. The beach at Llanbedr is a bit further, maybe twenty minutes on foot. It's a long, sandy beach. You can drive down to it in a couple of minutes.
Harlech is two miles away. You've got the castle there, which is worth a look. The Harlech Castle page has the details. There's a leisure centre and a golf course there too.
Barmouth is about a fifteen minute drive. Nice for a wander, fish and chips, that sort of thing. You can walk over the wooden railway bridge across the estuary. The Snowdonia National Park authority site is good for walking ideas. The Nantcol waterfalls are a short drive inland, a nice spot.
For parking, there's space for two cars right outside the apartment.
