There's a pub in the village, about a ten minute walk. Tywyn is two miles away. It has a beach, shops, cafes, and a leisure centre. You can walk along the sand to Aberdovey when the tide is out. Aberdovey is about six miles away and has a marina.
You're on the edge of Snowdonia. Cader Idris is about a twenty minute drive if you want to walk up a mountain. There are plenty of lower walks closer by, like Dolgoch Falls. Bird Rock is nearby too.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's a stairgate if you need it.
