Pebble Cottage is in Aberdovey, right in the village. It's a one-up one-down, a proper old fisherman's cottage, so it's compact. It sleeps two. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs.
The location is the main thing. You're about 100 yards from the beach. There's a pub about the same distance away. A shop and places to eat are a few minutes' walk.
The cottage has a 4 Star rating. It's been done up nicely inside. There's a woodburning stove, which is good for cooler evenings. The garden out the back is enclosed, so it's secure if you're bringing dogs. You can have up to two pets.
It's open plan downstairs, so the living area, kitchen and dining space are all in one room. The stairs are steep, typical for a cottage like this.
Aberdovey itself is a good base. The beach is long and sandy. The golf course is at the west end of town. You're on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, so walking routes start pretty much from the door.
Within half an hour you can drive to the Talyllyn Railway at Tywyn, or the Corris Craft Centre. Further afield, places like the Centre for Alternative Technology near Machynlleth or the Rheidol Railway are a bit longer, maybe 45 minutes.
In terms of what's here: WiFi, TV, bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine. Parking is on the street nearby, it's usually fine but can be busy in summer.
This cottage can be booked with the one next door if you're in a bigger group. There's details about that in the main description.
