Apartment 1
This is Apartment 1, in Aberdovey. It's a ground floor flat, right opposite the Yacht Club. You look out the front and you're basically looking at the beach.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both ensuite, so two bathrooms total. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well looked after and all the fixtures are good. Everything's included, bedding and towels and that.
You can bring dogs, up to two. The front door opens straight onto the pavement, so that's handy for taking them out. There's parking for one car.
Inside, it's got what you'd need. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. The kitchen is modern.
Location wise, you can't get much closer. The beach is over the road. The pub is about a hundred yards to your left. There's a shop and places to eat a few minutes walk away.
The village itself is nice. Colourful houses, a long sandy beach. The golf course is at the far end. You can walk for miles along the shore or up into the hills pretty much from the door. It's on the edge of Snowdonia National Park.
If you want to drive out, Machynlleth is about twenty minutes. You've got the Talyllyn Railway at Tywyn, and the Corris Craft Centre not far from there. Good for a wet day.
