Apartment 1
This is Apartment 1 in Aberdovey. It's ground floor, no stairs to worry about at all. You're right in the middle of everything, just across from the Yacht Club and the beach is about a minute's walk away.
It's a 5 Star place, which mainly means it's been recently done up and is in good order. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and a bathroom each, which is handy. You can bring up to two dogs.
You can park on site. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included.
The location is the main thing. The pub is next door, a hundred yards maybe. There's a shop and restaurants a short walk up the road. The beach is right there. It's a proper sandy beach, good for walking the dogs or just sitting. People sail and windsurf from there. The golf course is at the other end of the village if that's your thing.
Because you're in Snowdonia National Park, the walking is excellent straight from the door. You can get the train from Tywyn, which is a few minutes' drive, up to Abergynolwyn. The Talyllyn Railway is great for a wet day. For a bigger day out, Portmeirion or the Centre for Alternative Technology near Machynlleth are about half an hour away.
It can be booked together with two other cottages if you're a bigger group, but those are a couple of minutes walk down the road, not in the same building.
