Tillman is in Tywyn, right on the main street. It's a big, old terraced house. You're about a minute's walk from the beach and the town centre. From the front window you can see Cader Idris.
It sleeps eight. Five bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after, not just basic. The stairs are normal house stairs, nothing tricky.
There are two living rooms. One front, one back, so people can split up. The kitchen and dining area is open plan, good for everyone being together. The garden out the back is enclosed, with a big picnic table.
The beach is sandy and long. Good for swimming, paddleboarding, that sort of thing. The town has shops, cafes, a couple of pubs, and a cinema. The Wales Coastal Path runs through here.
The Talyllyn Railway station is a short walk away. It's a proper steam train that goes up the valley. Good for a wet day or if you just fancy the trip. You can get tickets at the station.
You're right on the edge of Snowdonia. Cader Idris is about a 20 minute drive for walkers. For wider plans, the Snowdonia National Park site has walking routes and park information. The Wales Coast Path site is useful for coastal walks.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, and TVs. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. It's dog friendly, up to two. Parking is on the street, you usually find a space close by.
