Beudy Bach is up on Cilgwyn mountain. It’s a stone cottage. You get the whole place to yourself. The main thing is the view. You can see right across to the Llŷn Peninsula and Anglesey. On a very clear day, you might even see Ireland.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and modern inside, but it’s still a cottage, so the doorways are a bit low in places.
There’s a patio door out to the garden. The wood burner works well. You get a dishwasher and a washing machine. There’s parking. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well behaved dog.
The nearest shops and a takeaway are in Penygroes, about a mile and a quarter away. The closest pub is the Ty’n Llan in Llandwrog, about three miles. Caernarfon is a short drive. The castle is the big draw there, and there are plenty of places to eat.
You’re well placed for getting out. Dinas Dinlle beach is roughly five and a half miles. For a bigger beach, Black Rock Sands at Porthmadog is about a half hour drive. Beddgelert is also about half an hour. It’s nice for a walk by the river.
