Ty Bryn Gloch

This is Ty Bryn Gloch. It's near Betws Garmon, just a few miles outside Caernarfon. It's a detached stone cottage.

It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one family bathroom with a bath and shower, plus a separate toilet downstairs. The stairs are steep, like most old cottages.

It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's done to a good standard. There's underfloor heating. There's also a wood burner in the living room. We leave logs for you to get started.

The kitchen has what you'd need. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included.

Outside, there's a private garden with a patio, a BBQ, and the hot tub. You can take up to two dogs.

You're right on the edge of Snowdonia here. The mountain is right there. It's about a 20 minute drive to Llanberis for the Snowdon Mountain Railway or the path up. Beddgelert is about 15 minutes the other way. Caernarfon with its castle is maybe 10 minutes away.

For bigger days out, Zip World at Llanberis Slate Caverns is close. Betws-y-Coed is about half an hour's drive. The coast at places like Dinas Dinlle is 20 minutes.

There's on-site parking. They've got a cot and highchair if you need them. There's a games room on the neighbouring campsite you can use, and a small shop there for basics.
