The Mains
The Mains is on the edge of Stainton village. It's a single-storey barn conversion, so it's all on one level, which is handy.
It sleeps three. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and in good order. The main room is open plan, so it's all together.
You've got a small patio garden out the front. Parking is right there.
There's a pub in the village, about a five minute walk. It's a proper local.
For getting out, you're well placed. You're just outside the Lake District National Park boundary, so you can avoid the busier central bits if you want. The M6 is about ten minutes by car, which makes it easy to get to Penrith or up to Keswick.

Facilities wise: it has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage if you need it. Sorry, no pets.
