Lake View Farm
Lake View Farm is a converted barn on our farm, just outside Watermillock. It sleeps two. It's detached, so no one's through the wall.
The main room is open plan, kitchen and living area together. The view from the windows is over the fields to Ullswater. You can see the water from the sofa. There's a separate little utility room with a washing machine and another toilet.
Outside, there's a small garden area with shrubs and a cobbled courtyard with seating. You can sit out there with a drink. The parking is right there by the door.
One bedroom with a kingsize bed. The mattress is good quality, we made sure of that. The shower room is en-suite.
You can walk down to the shore of Ullswater in a few minutes. The nearest pub is about half a mile up the road. The nearest shop and a restaurant are two miles away in Pooley Bridge.
The Ullswater steamer jetty is about two miles away. It's a nice way to see the lake. Keswick and Windermere are both within a 30 minute drive for more shops and things to do.
We allow one well-behaved dog. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. All bedding and towels are included. It has a 5 Star rating, which means everything should be in good working order.
