Glanllyn
Glanllyn is a detached cottage in Betws y Coed. It's at the top end of the village, away from the main road, so it's quiet. You can unpack the car without traffic.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got the 5 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. The garden at the back is enclosed, which is handy.
You're right on the edge of the village. There are shops and pubs a short walk away. The golf club is literally next door. The cottage looks out over the river.
You can walk straight from the door. There are paths along the rivers and through the woods to the waterfalls. Llyn Elsi reservoir is up above the village if you fancy a steeper hike.
For days out, Conwy and its castle are about half an hour's drive. The coast is a bit further. Llechwedd Slate Caverns and Surf Snowdonia are in that direction too, both about twenty-five minutes.
For mountain biking, the Marin trails are nearby. You can hire bikes in the village. Llyn Geirionydd, up past the trails, is a good spot for a swim or a paddle if you have your own kit.
It has parking, wifi, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
