Brys Gefeiliau is a barn we converted. It's on the farm here at Pont Cyfyng, about halfway between Capel Curig and Betws-y-Coed. It's all on one floor. You get good views of Moel Siabod from the front.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 2 Star rating, which means it's clean and has the basics but it's not luxury.
Being up here, it's quiet. You're on a working sheep farm, so you'll see sheep. There's a local pub about a mile down the lane towards Capel Curig. The nearest shop and another place to eat is about two and a half miles away in Betws-y-Coed.
The location is good for getting out. You're right in Snowdonia. There's walking straight from the door. For climbers, the Ogwen Valley is about a ten minute drive. Surf Snowdonia is under half an hour if you want to try that. For a day by the sea, Llandudno is about half an hour's drive.
If you want to visit castles, Conwy and Caernarfon are both within half an hour. Bodnant Garden is worth a trip if you like that sort of thing, also about half an hour away.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, a washing machine, and bedding is included. You can park right outside. We take up to two dogs.
