Riverside Cottage
Riverside Cottage. It's on our farm here in Pont y Pant, just outside Betws-y-Coed. It's a detached stone cottage, built in the 1830s. It looks out over our land, 42 acres of it, and you can see the river from the garden.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, both with beams. There's one bathroom. It's a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. We've put in a new kitchen extension and an electric stove that looks like a wood burner. It's cosy.
You've got your own enclosed garden with a patio. It's private. There's parking right there.
You can walk straight from the door. The footpaths go along the river and up into the valley. Betws-y-Coed is about two miles away for shops and a couple of pubs.
For days out, you're in a good spot. The Snowdonia National Park is all around you. Zip World and Bounce Below are up near Blaenau Ffestiniog, about a 20 minute drive. The Ffestiniog Railway is there too. Conwy Castle and Bodnant Garden are within half an hour. The coast at Llandudno is about 30 minutes by car.
Inside, there's a washing machine, TV, highchair and a cot if you need it. Bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's a BBQ for the garden.
