Trem Y Foel
Trem Y Foel is up at Capel Garmon. It's a converted stable on a working sheep farm. The views are good, out over the valley to the mountains. It's quiet up here.
It sleeps four. Two good sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. They've put underfloor heating and power showers in, which are nice touches. There's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen is a farmhouse style, so it's roomy. They get their water from a spring on the land.
The garden is yours to use. You can park right outside.
It's a 4 Star place. Everything's included - bedding, towels, WiFi. There's a washing machine, a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. Kids can go and see the farm animals, which they tend to like.
The location is good for getting out. Betws-y-Coed is about ten minutes by car. Snowdonia is right there. You can be at the foot of Tryfan or walking by Swallow Falls pretty quickly. Conwy and its castle are maybe twenty five minutes away. Llandudno is about half an hour.
