Bwthyn Pabi
Bwthyn Pabi is a stone terraced cottage in Penmachno, right in Snowdonia. It's a quiet village, just you and the mountains really. There's a pub about 500 yards away.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. We've tried to keep it nice and simple. There's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings.
You're well placed here. Betws-y-Coed is about four and a half miles away for shops or a meal out. The walking from the door is excellent. You can join paths straight into the hills. For something different, the Zipworld Titan zip wire and Bounce Below, which is trampolining in a slate cavern, are up in Blaenau Ffestiniog, about a 20 minute drive.
The coast isn't far either. You can drive to Conwy with its castle and walls in under half an hour. Llandudno is a bit further along the coast. The really famous gardens are Bodnant Garden, which is about a 25 minute drive. If you fancy a trip, Visit Wales has good ideas for the area.
For facilities, it's got a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, and a small garden area. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. No pets, sorry.
