Dylasau Cottage is in Padog, near Betws-y-Coed. It's a detached place down a quiet lane, set back from the road in a terraced garden. You're in the woods really.
It sleeps four, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. You can bring up to two dogs.
The cottage has a woodburning stove, which is good for cooler evenings. There's a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine. The garden is enclosed, so it's secure for dogs or kids. There's a patio with a BBQ. We provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them.
You get use of a leisure centre nearby. It has a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and a gym.
Betws-y-Coed is about three miles away for shops. It's a proper little tourist village with places to eat and the Zip World Fforest treetop nets. The Conwy Falls and Machno Falls are a short walk from here, maybe a mile. Good for a stroll.
You're right on the edge of Snowdonia. For walking, the National Trust Snowdonia page is useful. The owner's farm has a trail you can walk. For riding, fishing, or golf, there are local places a few minutes' drive away.
If you want bigger days out, Capel Curig for climbing and Blaenau Ffestiniog are within half an hour. Blaenau has the zip lines and the Bounce Below thing in the old mine. The Ffestiniog Railway goes from there down to Porthmadog on the coast. Llanberis for the Snowdon Mountain Railway is also about 30 minutes away.
