Rose Cottage
Rose Cottage is in Betws y Coed. It's right in the village, so everything is close. You can see the railway station from the front door, which is handy if you don't want to drive everywhere.
It's a semi-detached cottage. Sleeps six, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been extended, so it feels quite spacious inside.
The garden isn't attached. It's across a shared path from the cottage. It's a good size though, with a nice view over the valley. You can see the little trains from the Conwy Valley Railway Museum from there.
The stairs are a cottage staircase. They're steep. There is a stairgate at the top.
Inside, there's a games room with a football table and air hockey. It keeps kids busy. Facilities are all there: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, bedding included. Parking for two cars right next to the cottage.
You can walk to shops, pubs, and restaurants. There are a lot of outdoor gear shops. You can start walks straight from the door, along the river or into Gwydyr Forest. Zip World Fforest is a short walk away too.
You're in Snowdonia here. Llanberis and Capel Curig are a short drive. You can get to Snowdon itself, or go to places like Beddgelert. The Conwy Valley railway line is on your doorstep. One way goes to Llandudno, the other goes up to Blaenau Ffestiniog for the zip wires and the slate caverns.
