This is Clawdd Gwyn. It's in Llanrhychwyn, which is a small village near Conwy. It's detached, so you won't have neighbours sharing any walls. The garden is all yours. The cottage is set back from the lane, so it's quiet.
It sleeps eight, but that's in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, which is a big plus. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means everything is in very good order. The open plan kitchen and dining area is modern and works well. There's a wood burner in the living area.
You're about a ten to fifteen minute drive from Llanrwst, which is a proper little market town with shops and a few places to eat. Betws-y-Coed is also close, maybe fifteen minutes. That's where lots of the outdoor shops are and it's a hub for walkers.
For activities, Adventure Parc Snowdonia is about a twenty minute drive. That's the place with the indoor surfing. The lakes, like Llyn Geirionydd, are good for a walk. The whole area is walking country, really. The coast at Conwy is probably half an hour.
The stairs inside are fine. There's parking for a couple of cars on the drive. It's all on one level once you're in, so the entrance is wheelchair accessible. You can bring up to two pets. Everything like bedding, towels, WiFi, and a washing machine is included. There's a BBQ and a dishwasher.
