The Farmhouse At Gelli Newydd
The Farmhouse at Gelli Newydd is in Trefriw. That's in the Conwy valley. It's a detached stone farmhouse.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well looked after and comfortable. The kitchen is big, with a breakfast bar. The living room has a wood burner and views down the valley. The floors are oak, so they're solid. There's underfloor heating from a heat pump, so it's always warm.
The garden at the back is enclosed. You can bring up to three dogs. There's a patio with seating and a barbecue. There's also a hot tub.
In Trefriw village, you can walk to two pubs, a cafe, a shop, and a butcher. There's a woollen mill you can visit. Footpaths start right from the house. If you walk up the hill, you can get to Llyn Geirionydd and Llyn Crafnant. One’s for watersports, the other is quieter.
For things to do, Surf Snowdonia and the Zip World sites are about a 20-minute drive. Betws-y-Coed is ten minutes away. Conwy and its castle are about a 15-minute drive.
Facilities: there's parking for a couple of cars, an electric vehicle charger, bike storage, wifi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
