Eirianfa
This is Eirianfa. It's a stone cottage in Penmachno, which is a village inside the Snowdonia National Park. It's terraced, so you've got neighbours on one side.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. It's a cosy place, with beams and a wood burner in the living room.
The layout is a bit quirky. It's on three floors. The kitchen is on the lower ground floor. It walks out to the garden, which is a decent size and enclosed. From the living room on the middle floor, there's a small balcony that looks over the garden and the fields. The stairs in the cottage are steep, just so you know.
You're allowed to bring up to two dogs.
The village has a pub about 200 yards away. There's also a small shop, but its opening hours can be seasonal. Betws-y-Coed is about four miles away. That's where you'll find most of the shops, cafés, and a bigger choice of places to eat.
You're right in the mountains here. There's walking and mountain bike trails from the doorstep. For other things to do, an inland surfing centre and zip wires are within a half hour drive. The coast is about twenty miles.
What's here: the wood burner, a dishwasher, a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's an enclosed garden with a patio. Parking is on the street outside.
For planning days out, the National Trust Snowdonia and Visit Snowdonia sites are useful.
