Butterwell is in Trewint, which is inland. It's about a ten minute drive to Crackington Haven and the coast.
The cottage is for two people. One bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern inside, open plan. It's all on one level and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There's an electric car charger.
Outside, you've got your own patio area. There's parking right by the cottage.
On site there's a shared games room. It's got a pool table, air hockey, that sort of thing.
It's a good spot for getting to different bits of the coast. Crackington Haven is the closest, just under three miles. The beach is stony at high tide but sandy when it's out. There's a pub and a cafe there.
You can drive up to Bude quite easily. That's where the bigger beaches are, and the surf schools. It's got all the shops you'd need. Boscastle and Tintagel are also a short drive away. Tintagel is English Heritage, you have to book.
A lot of the coast here is looked after by the National Trust. Good for walks. The South West Coast Path runs right through.
Inside, it's got the basics. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
There are other cottages here on the same site, so bigger groups can book a few together.
