Myll is in Trewint, which is a hamlet a few miles inland. It's up a quiet lane, just a couple of farmhouses and a few holiday cottages. You've got your own bit of garden at the back.
The cottage sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and well looked after. It's all on the ground floor, so no stairs to worry about. The doors are wide, but some of the internal door thresholds are a little bit raised, just so you know.
Crackington Haven is the nearest beach, about three miles away. It’s good for swimming and the surf can be decent. There’s a pub and a cafe there. For a bigger beach with more sand, Widemouth Bay is about a 20 minute drive.
There's a shared games room on site with a pool table and some other bits. It’s nothing fancy, but it’s useful if the weather turns.
You're well placed for getting out. Boscastle is a 15 minute drive up the coast. Tintagel is about half an hour. Bude has everything you'd need – supermarkets, a good high street – and that's about 25 minutes away.
The main thing here is the walking. You’re right next to the South West Coast Path. It’s spectacular. A lot of the coastline is looked after by the National Trust.
Facilities: It’s got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside. You can bring up to two dogs. There’s a BBQ in the garden.
