The North Wing is in a farmhouse near Crackington Haven. It's one half of the old farmhouse, so it's just for two people. You get your own bit of the garden behind a stone wall.
It’s got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up well inside. The kitchen is yellow and has everything you'd need. The bed is very good, a Vispring, and it can be split into two singles if you prefer. The shower is a good size.
A couple of quirks. The main room has flagstone floors and a big old fireplace with an electric stove in it. There's a second little room off it with a sofa and books. The stairs up to the bedroom are wooden and quite steep, typical for an old place.
Outside, it's quiet. You're about a ten minute walk from Crackington Haven beach down the lane. It’s a steep walk back up. The coast path is right there. You can walk north towards Bude or south towards Boscastle.
Bude is about a twenty minute drive. It’s got shops, a big supermarket, and a sea pool for swimming. Boscastle is fifteen minutes the other way, very pretty harbour. Tintagel is half an hour away. For a day trip, Padstow is just over thirty minutes if the traffic isn't bad.
Included facilities: all bedding and towels, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside. No pets.
