The kitchen may be compact but you have everything you need to create romantic meals for two, or simply unwind on the sofa in front of the electric fire after a busy day exploring. On sunny days you can choose to eat inside or in the garden, basking in the sun. The bedroom boasts a kingsize bed as well as second TV so that you can have an indulgent lie in if you wish. The en-suite shower is modern and fresh, perfect for a refreshing start to each day.
For guests who love the great outdoors, you are only a 10-minute walk away from the beach, as well as being just 5 minutes away from the Cinder Track or 10 minutes from the Cleveland Way. Both the Cinder Track and the Cleveland way are popular walking trails, as they connect some of the most beautiful towns and villages along the coastline, with fabulous views as well as coves and beaches to explore along the way. Peasolm Park is beautiful on a sunny day, with peddle boats, as well as battleship re-enactments. The water park has heated outdoor pools which are idyllic in an evening when you can swim under the stars. Also just a 10-minute walk away you have the open air theatre, which hosts award winning acts and chart topping bands.
Around a 25-minute walk away you have the town centre of Scarborough, which can also be reached by bus. Here in the centre you have a wide array of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as a castle, two long sandy beaches, the Sea Life centre, museums and the theatre. For days out there are some gorgeous destinations well within easy reach, including the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs, the quaint village of Robin Hoods Bay, perched around the edge of the sea, the historical coastal town of Whitby, as well as the vast golden beach at Filey. There is sure to be something to delight everyone and to ensure that you have a break away to remember. Your well behaved dog is also welcome to join you – they are sure to love the beaches as well as the walks. Dalby Forest is great for walkers and cyclists, and not forgetting the North Yorkshire Moor National park just waiting to be explored.
