A lovely spacious bungalow in a quiet residential area of Bridlington. The property benefits from a wonderful large conservatory overlooking the courtyard garden and a summerhouse. It’s a great place to enjoy the sunshine being a sun trap most of the day and the children and the dog will love it too.
Bridlington is a very traditional seaside resort with a wonderful large sandy beach, donkey rides and fairground attractions for the children. There are plenty of boat trips and one of the most popular takes visitors along the coast to Bempton Cliffs to see the puffins. This is a favourite RSPB bird sanctuary where thousands of migrating birds perch on the cliff tops.
There are a wealth of restaurants and bars to choose from as well as a good selection of shops.
Bridlington has an excellent leisure centre with swimming pools, a cycling track and climbing walls. The old town of Bridlington, has some wonderful restaurants and quirky independent shops. It is also home to the Bayle Museum, originally the gatehouse to the priory.
The breathtaking walks along the clifftops take you to Sewerby Hall and further on to Danesdyke, a wildlife conservation area. For those of you who enjoy an evening out, ’The Spa’ hosts some fantastic shows and attracts visitors from afar. Flamborough Head, Filey and Scarborough are just a short drive away. All in all a great base to visit the Yorkshire coast! Beach 1½ miles. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
