Honeysuckle Cottage is a beautifully presented barn conversion with private hot tub and sits in an enviable position just a 15-minute walk from the beach in the village of Reighton, in between the seaside towns of Bridlington and Filey on the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline. With spacious social areas including a large kitchen/dining room this cottage provides superb accommodation for families and groups to come together and celebrate. Step into Honeysuckle Cottage and find yourselves in the very spacious kitchen/dining room. The country style kitchen sits to one end and offers a host of appliances, the central island and breakfast bar provides additional work top space. A huge bespoke dining table provides seating for twenty-two and is the perfect place to gather for a hearty breakfast or an evening of celebrations whilst enjoying a delicious home cooked evening meal. The living room is great for celebrations, birthdays, and anniversaries or just to get together. With three sets of French doors that lead out to the enclosed garden and patio that offers views over a paddock, it is flooded with natural light. There are deep filled sofas, electric wood burner, wall mounted TV with soundbar and voice activated lights.
Set over two floors Honeysuckle Cottage offers ten bedrooms, eight of which have en-suite shower rooms and with a stylish family bathroom on the first floor including a free-standing bath. For the less mobile there is also a selection of ground floor bedrooms to choose from. Outside the enclosed garden with private hot tub is a great space for children to play and for dogs to run free. Spend some time relaxing in the bubbling water or take a seat at one of two large seating areas to enjoy a coffee and natter with friends. Or head to the beach which is just a short 15-minute walk away. The cottage is mid-way between the thriving seaside towns of Bridlington and Filey which offer a choice of beaches and a plethora of fish and chip restaurants, tea rooms, pubs, and convenience stores. For a more energetic holiday why not enjoy a round of golf at one of the local golf courses or enjoy the views along the miles of footpaths and cycle routes this area has to offer. Take some time to explore RSPB Bempton Cliffs and the Flamborough Headland Heritage Coast or travel inland and enjoy the historic beauty of York. The North York Moors National Park and the Yorkshire Wolds are also a short drive away. Beach ½ mile.
