The Manor House was built in 1670 and is a Grade II listed building. It has been beautifully restored and sits in an enviable position just a 15-minute walk from the beach in the village of Reighton, in between the seaside towns of Bridlington and Filey on the beautiful North Yorkshire coastline. With private hot tub and spacious social areas including a large kitchen and spacious dining room this holiday home provides superb accommodation for families and groups to come together to celebrate. On arrival step into the Manor House and find yourselves in the country kitchen complete with breakfast bar, and a large range cooker and long runs of work top space this kitchen is ideal for preparing meals for the full group. A separate dining room with huge bespoke dining table can be found along the corridor. This property has two large living rooms both with deep filled sofas that surround open fires. There are two ground floor bedrooms, a double and twin room, with an extra single bed, both of which offer en-suite shower rooms and also a large utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as further fridge and freezer space. A further six bedrooms are spread over the first and second floors all of which have TVs and the majority of which have en-suite shower rooms. A house bathroom with walk-in shower and free-standing bath can be found on the first floor. Outside the enclosed patio with private hot tub is a great space for children to play and for dogs to run free. Spend some time relaxing in the bubbling water or take a seat at the large outside dining area to enjoy a coffee and natter with friends. Or head to the beach which is just a short 15-minute walk away.
