This well-appointed third floor apartment can be found within what was once the prestigious Burlington Hotel, just yards from the seafront and bustling harbour in the seaside town of Bridlington on the stunning Yorkshire coastline. The apartment offers wonderful sea views from many of the rooms making it the perfect place for a family or group of friends to enjoy a fun filled seaside holiday. Step inside and take the winding staircase to the third floor and enter this homely apartment. The neutral sitting room, which boasts wonderful art work, has plenty of comfortable seating where you can sit back and relax watching your favourite holiday movie, and a sociable dining area sits to one side. Across the hall you will find the kitchen, well-equipped with everything you will need to prepare a family breakfast, picnic for the beach or a delicious evening meal. Enjoy the sea view from the kitchen window too! A utility room with a large fridge/freezer and a washing machine sits just off the kitchen. This family apartment offers three bedrooms and is completed with a stunning house bathroom offering a large corner bath, separate shower cubicle and a tumble dryer sits to one side.

Step outside and you will find yourself in the very heart of Bridlington. Opposite is the Victoria Sailors Club where you will find a warm welcome, great food and ale as well as a packed evening events diary. The harbour is just round the corner and you will have the choice of two beaches and a long promenade. Within a stones throw is a plethora of shops, cafes, restaurants and a take away. And just across the road is one of many amusement arcades.

A little further afield is Sewerby Hall and Gardens as well as the stately home of Burton Agnes, and a little further up the coast are the pretty seaside towns of Filey and Flamborough. The unspoilt rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds will lead you to the market towns of Beverley and Driffield, and the historic City of York is just an hour away. With miles of footpaths and cycle routes to explore as well as some of the best bird watching opportunities in Yorkshire, this wonderful third floor apartment is the place for your Yorkshire seaside holiday.
