North Bay Cottage

North Bay Cottage idyllically positioned on a quiet residential street just 500 metres from the sandy beach of Bridlington. The swimming pool/leisure centre, park and children’s play area, town centre, theatres and shops, and the coastal path up to Flamborough, Filey and beyond are in easy walking distance.

The cottage has been recently refurbished with great care and attention to detail. There is a private garden accessing the French doors from the open plan kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including a double oven and halogen hob.

Make your way inside this delightful semi-detached residence and be greeted by a charming hall, decorated with a hint of green and colourful feature wallpaper. The main sitting room sits to the front of the property and is flooded with natural light from the large bay window. The sofa and armchairs provide the perfect spot to gather on an evening and discuss the events of the day.

The rear of the property has been opened to one large living/kitchen/dining area. Decorated in burnt gold the comfortable seating area sits to the back of the room and takes advantage of an electric log effect fire. A large family dining table sits in front of the French doors which lead out to the enclosed rear garden. The chef in the group will be delighted at the modern kitchen which offers a host of appliances including an induction hob and double oven/grill. With plenty of work top space to prepare a picnic to enjoy on the beach or a delicious home cooked evening meal and storage for your holiday essentials this kitchen really will delight. The ground floor accommodation is completed with a toilet which is tucked away under the stairs.

On the first floor there are three stunning bedrooms. A single room, with zip and link super kingsize bed, the master bedroom offers a kingsize bed with an en-suite bath with handheld shower. The house bathroom sits across the hall and provides a large shower with sink, a vanity unit and toilet. North Bay Cottage is a great place to enjoy a relaxing break.
