Seaside Retreat

Seaside Retreat is perfect for a family to enjoy a great break away in the popular seaside resort of Bridlington. This delightful holiday home is only a short stroll to the seafront and just over half a mile to the Bridlington Spa. The spa provides lots of entertainment throughout the year from international acts to famous bands, and the very popular pantomimes.
This semi-detached house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area, yet close to all amenities. There is an enclosed private rear garden with a lawned area making it ideal for your children or dog to play, plus there is a decked area with garden furniture which is ideal for outdoor dining.
The seaside resort of Bridlington is still a very busy fishing port but one of the main attractions to ’Brid’ as it’s affectionately known, is the long stretch of flat sandy beaches. There is a land train that you can catch to Sewerby just north of Bridlington. Both adults and children can enjoy the ride and it’s a nice walk back along the clifftops. Sewerby Hall stands proud overlooking the bay where you can visit the stately home or walk around the popular zoo and gardens. The town has plenty of shops, bars and restaurants as well as traditional fish and chip shops and ice cream stalls. The city of York is less than an hours drive away, as well as Hull, which was the city of culture in 2017. The resorts of Filey, Flamborough Head and Scarborough are just a short drive making Seaside Retreat a great base to see the East Coast and the North York Moors and Yorkshire Wolds. Beach ½ mile. Shop 1 mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
