The Stables is in Penn, Dorset. It's a converted stable on Smiths Farm. We live on site, so we're around if you need anything.
The place has three bedrooms and sleeps five. Two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs to the bedrooms upstairs are the original stable stairs, so they're a bit steep and narrow.
You get your own garden, which is enclosed. There's parking right outside.
Charmouth beach is less than two miles away. It's a great spot for fossil hunting. The National Trust manages a lot of the coastline round here. Lyme Regis is about a ten-minute drive. You've got the Cobb, the Marine Aquarium, and plenty of places to eat.
If you're walking, the South West Coast Path is right there. Golden Cap is a good walk from Seatown. Inland, it's all rolling hills. The Marshwood Vale is lovely.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
For a day out, Seaton Tramway is fun. Axminster has mainline train links if you need them. The Jurassic Coast Trust website has good information on the local area.
