Sea View Lodge
Sea View Lodge is in Rousdon. It's on a big estate, about 350 acres. You sleep eight people here.
There are four bedrooms. Two double rooms downstairs, with a bathroom between them. Upstairs there are two twin rooms and another bathroom. The stairs are normal.
The main thing about the place is the sun room. It runs the whole width of the house. That's where you eat, and there are chairs to sit in. It looks out onto the garden.
The garden is enclosed. It's got a hot tub and you can see a bit of the coast from there.
Inside, there's a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen is a good size.
The estate has its own private beach, about two miles away. You get a key for the gate. There are also woods and fields to walk in right from the door. The coast path is nearby if you want to walk to Lyme Regis or Seaton.
Lyme Regis is about four miles away. That's where you'll find shops, pubs, and the Cobb. Seaton and Sidmouth are also close.
For things to do, there are a lot of beaches. There's Pecorama with its garden railway, or the Seaton Tramway. The Jurassic Coast is all along here. If you want to plan trips, the Visit Devon site is useful.
The property has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped.
