Ware House Cottage
Ware House Cottage is a barn on the edge of our farm, about half a mile outside Lyme Regis. It's all on one floor, which is handy. You get your own garden and patio.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, both with their own shower room. We allow one well-behaved dog. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. There's underfloor heating and a wood burner.
The farm is about forty acres. It's where they filmed some of The French Lieutenant's Woman, if you know that. The main thing is it's quiet, with fields all around.
You can walk into Lyme Regis in about fifteen minutes. The town's got the usual shops, cafes, and the Cobb harbour. The South West Coast Path is only a few hundred yards from the cottage gate if you want a proper walk.
Within half an hour's drive you've got Charmouth and Seatown for beaches, and the market town of Bridport. Axminster and the Jurasssic Coast stuff is close. For a longer day out, Exeter or Dorchester are about 45 minutes.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. Parking for two cars right outside.
