Yawl House is a big Georgian house just outside Lyme Regis. It sleeps twelve, in six bedrooms, with three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well looked after.
The house is next to our own place, so we're nearby if you need anything. You have the whole garden to yourselves. There's a conservatory that looks out over the lawn.
Parking is for four cars normally, but we can sometimes sort a fifth if you ask us ahead of time.
It's a quiet spot, about a mile from Lyme Regis. The coast path is right there. Golden Cap, which is the highest point on the south coast, is a good walk from here. You can bring up to two dogs.
Lyme itself is handy. There's the sandy beach, the Cobb harbour for fossil hunting or boat trips, and the usual shops and places to eat.
If you want to drive out, you've got the whole Jurassic Coast to explore. West Bay and Bridport are along the coast road. Inland, there's things like the Donkey Sanctuary or Forde Abbey. Exeter is about half an hour away if you need a city or the airport.
In the house, there's a woodburning stove for cooler evenings, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair. There's a BBQ outside in the enclosed garden.
