A Twist Of Lyme
A Twist of Lyme is on Raymond's Hill. It's about three and a half miles from Lyme Regis. The cottage is semi-detached, next to our house, but you've got your own space.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place. It's well set up and comfortable. The bed upstairs is a super king. You can split it into two singles if you need to. The bathroom has both a shower and a separate roll-top bath under a roof light.
Downstairs is all open plan. Kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. There's a sofa and chairs, a TV with Netflix, and an electric stove that looks like a wood burner for warmth. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for dogs. You can bring two.
The local shop and the pub are about half a mile walk. For a proper day out, Lyme Regis is a short drive. You've got the Cobb, the harbour, and the Jurassic Coast right there. Axminster isn't far either, about ten minutes by car. If you're a fan, River Cottage is nearby.
You're in a good spot for exploring. You can head east into Dorset to places like West Bay and Bridport, or west into Devon to Beer and Branscombe. The coastal path is on your doorstep for walking. There's parking right at the cottage.
It's got the things you'd expect: wifi, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We sometimes put up Christmas decorations if you're booking over the festive period.
