Coast View Apartment
This is Coast View in Lyme Regis. It's a ground floor apartment for eight people. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's detached, so it's just you.
It's about a hundred metres back from the bay, up a slight slope. You get a clear view of the sea from the front rooms and the garden. The garden faces south, so it gets the sun.
Inside, it's straightforward. It's been done up recently, so everything is clean and works. It's got a 5 Star rating. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
The location is the main thing. You can walk down to the Cobb in a few minutes. The town has the usual seaside stuff: pubs, restaurants, some independent shops. The beach is shingle. You can look for fossils, it's the Jurassic Coast after all.
For a longer walk, you can follow the South West Coast Path. Inland, there's the usual Dorset countryside. Axminster is about fifteen minutes by car if you need a bigger supermarket.
