Apple Tree Cottage is in Charmouth. It's a detached cottage, which means it's on its own. It's down a little lane off the main street.
We call it a three person cottage. There's a main bedroom with a very big double bed, and a smaller second bedroom with a single. One bathroom. The living room is a good size and there's a woodburner if you want a fire. The garden is lawned and enclosed.
The stairs are cottage stairs, so they're a bit steep and narrow. The main entrance has a shallow step. There's a stairgate fitted.
You're literally two minutes from a shop, and about one minute from a pub that does food. The beach is a ten minute walk. It's a shingle and sand beach, good for fossils.
The South West Coast Path runs right through here. The walk to Lyme Regis along the cliffs is about two and a half miles one way. Golden Cap is the other direction, it's a steep climb but the views from the top are worth it.
Lyme Regis is three miles by car. They've got the Cobb harbour, a few museums, and more shops. Further along the coast, West Bay, Seaton, and Sidmouth are all within about half an hour's drive. Bridport's inland, about fifteen minutes.
The cottage has a washing machine, a dishwasher, and a BBQ. Bedding is included. We accept up to two dogs. There's parking for one car on the driveway.
