The Sail Loft is in Beer. It's a one-bedroom place for two people. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a high standard. Everything is new and clean.
You get a parking permit for the main village car park, about a minute's walk away. That's where you have to park. The car park has electric charging points.
The flat is on the first floor. You go up some external stairs from the street to get in. There's a small private balcony at the front and a little courtyard at the back.
Inside, it's all been refurbished. There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a coffee machine. The bedding is good quality. Bathrobes and toiletries are provided.
The beach is very close, about a hundred metres. It's a pebble beach with chalk cliffs. At low tide you can look in the rock pools. You'll see the fishing boats. There are cafés on the beach for crab sandwiches and cream teas.
Beer is a proper fishing village. The South West Coast Path runs right past it. You can walk east to Branscombe or Sidmouth, or west to Seaton. The Jurassic Coast information is useful for walks and geology.
Within about half an hour's drive there are a few places. Beer Quarry Caves are in the village itself. Pecorama is up the hill, with gardens and a little train. Seaton has the tramway. Sidmouth has the Donkey Sanctuary. Bicton Park Botanical Gardens are nearby.
The flat has Wi-Fi. There's a TV in the main room and a smaller one in the bedroom. A travel cot and highchair are available if you need them. No pets.
