Barn Owls is a bungalow on a holiday village near Weston, just outside Sidmouth. It's mid-terraced, so you've got neighbours on both sides. It's all on one level, which makes it straightforward.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one has a kingsize bed and the other has two singles. One bathroom with a shower cubicle. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and has what you need, but don't expect anything fancy. There are grab rails in the bathroom.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a small communal garden area with a picnic table for each bungalow. It gets the sun.
You walk in through the patio doors straight into the main living area. It's all open plan: kitchen, dining table, and a corner sofa with a TV. The kitchen has the usual stuff. There's parking right outside.
The big thing here is the location. You're a couple of minutes' walk from the Donkey Sanctuary, which is free to visit. It's also right in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You can walk to the coast path from here. Sidmouth town centre is about a mile and a half away for shops and the seafront.
If you're driving, places like Beer, Branscombe, and the Jurassic Coast are within about 20 minutes. Exmouth is half an hour one way, and Lyme Regis is about half an hour the other.
