Seascape is a bungalow just off the Byes parkland in Sidmouth. It's all on one level, so there are no stairs to worry about.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One has a kingsize bed with a shower cubicle in the same room. The other has a super kingsize bed that can be made into twins if you let me know when you book. There's also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean, spacious and bright, not overly fancy. The living room has a gas fire and a Smart TV. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher. There's a washing machine and tumble dryer out in the garage.
The garden is a decent size. It's lawned and has some outdoor furniture. You can step straight out the back gate onto the path by the River Sid in The Byes, so it's very easy to go for a walk.
The town centre and the seafront are about a 20 minute walk away, all on the level. Sidmouth beach is pebbly and has a long, flat esplanade. The town has the usual shops, pubs and places to eat.
You're right on the edge of the East Devon National Landscape. The South West Coast Path is easily accessible. The National Trust looks after a lot of the coastline and countryside around here.
Within about half an hour you can get to Exeter, Exmouth, or parts of Dartmoor. The Donkey Sanctuary is just on the edge of town.
Facilities: everything listed is there. WiFi, parking, bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
