Wonkey Donkey Cottage
Wonkey Donkey Cottage is on the Stoneleigh Holiday Village site, near Weston in Devon. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one level. That makes it quite straightforward.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. The place is bright and open plan, with patio doors that open out to the patio. That area gets the sun in the morning, which is nice.
The Donkey Sanctuary is right next door, literally a few minutes' walk. You can hear the donkeys sometimes. The coast path and Weston Beach are about a twenty minute walk away.
Sidmouth is the main town nearby. It's a regency seaside town with a proper beach. It's got a few shops and places to eat. Exmouth is a short drive along the coast. Exeter is about a 30 minute drive inland if you need a city or the cathedral.
For walking, you're in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and on the edge of the Jurassic Coast. Dartmoor is about a 45 minute drive if you fancy that. For organised days out, there's Bicton Park and Crealy nearby.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
