Old Town Cottage
Old Town Cottage is in Sidmouth, a few streets back from the seafront. It's a mid-terraced house. You can walk to the beach in under two minutes. The town shops and cafes are right there.
It sleeps seven. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The stairs are a bit steep, so you need to watch your step.
There's a pub about 175 yards away. The parking is the main thing, really. You can fit two cars off-road at the back, which is unusual for Sidmouth.
The town itself is busy but quiet where the cottage is. The beach is mostly shingle. Connaught Gardens up on the cliff are nice for a walk and a sit down.
If you want to drive out, Exeter is about half an hour. Dartmoor is just over half an hour for walking. The Donkey Sanctuary is right on the edge of town.
For things in the house: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's not suitable for pets.
