The Stables
This is The Stables. It's one of six barn conversions here on the farm in Cotford, Devon. The place sleeps two. It's all one open-plan space downstairs, with the bed up a small flight of stairs on a mezzanine level. There's a wet room on the ground floor.
You get the whole 14 acres to walk around. There's a heated outdoor pool, open in the summer, and a tennis court. The equipment is there for you to use. The gardens are nice for sitting out.
It's quiet here, but Sidmouth is about a ten minute drive if you want the sea and the shops. There's a shop and a couple of pubs in the village, about a mile away. The coast path is easy to get to from here.
You're not far from things if you want a day out. Exeter is 15 minutes by car. Honiton is about 20 minutes. The whole Jurassic Coast is on your doorstep for walking. National Trust Devon and East Devon National Landscape have good information for planning.
Facilities wise: it's got a TV, a washing machine, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. The whole place is wheelchair accessible. No pets.
