The Dairy
The Dairy is one of six barn conversions here on the farm in Cotford, near Sidbury. It's terraced, so you'll have neighbours. The place sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom.
It's got a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The main living area is open plan. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but the rest of the cottage isn't specifically adapted.
You get the use of the shared facilities here. There's a heated outdoor swimming pool in the summer, with a shower and changing room. There's also a tennis court and we provide the rackets and balls. The gardens are nice to sit in.
Included in the cottage: bedding, towels, a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and parking right outside. No pets, sorry.
The location is quiet. It's about a mile to the nearest shop and pub in Sidbury. The seaside at Sidmouth is about ten minutes by car. You can walk straight out onto the footpaths from here. The coast is a short drive away.
