The Hay Barn
The Hay Barn is one of six barn conversions here on the farm. It's near Cotford in Devon. The barns are terraced, so you have neighbours.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. We keep it simple.
You get a patio area. The main thing here is the shared grounds. There's 14 acres to walk around. There's a heated outdoor pool you can use in the summer months, and a tennis court. The gear for that is provided.
The location is good. You're in the Sid Valley. It's quiet. The Saxon village of Sidbury is a short walk. Sidmouth, on the coast, is about a ten minute drive. The beach there is pebbly. The East Devon National Landscape is all around if you like walking. The famous Jurassic Coast is nearby.
For shops and a meal, there's a village about a mile away with a pub that does food. Honiton, known for antiques, is a ten minute drive. Exeter is about fifteen minutes if you need a city.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. Sorry, no pets.
