Otters Cottage is in Ottery St Mary, which is a market town inland from the coast. It's a terrace house.
It sleeps two adults, maybe with one or two smaller kids. Two bedrooms but one has bunk beds. There's one bathroom downstairs next to the kitchen. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well kept and comfortable. The stairs are narrow and winding, so watch your step.
The back garden is enclosed. You get a table and chairs out there. There's a wood burning stove in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there's a washing machine in a utility room off the kitchen.
The town itself is nice to walk around. There's a National Trust church here. The river runs through it and there's an old tumbling weir. The local pub is about a five minute walk.
For the coast, you're looking at about a fifteen to twenty minute drive. Sidmouth, Beer, and Branscombe are that way. Exmouth is a bit further. Dartmoor is half an hour's drive if you want proper walking. Exeter is about twenty minutes in the other direction.
Facilities: WiFi, smart TV, cot and highchair available, bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
