Deer View
Deer View is on our farm, just outside Ottery St Mary. It's a new build, finished in 2022, and it looks out over the fields where the deer are. You can sit in the garden and they'll often come right up to the fence.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one with twin beds. One bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable.
Downstairs is all open plan. Kitchen, dining area, and living space. Patio doors lead straight out to the garden. There's a utility room with the washing machine, and a hot tub in the private garden.
Ottery St Mary is about a five minute drive. It's a proper town with butchers, bakers, a couple of supermarkets. The River Otter runs through it. The coast is about fifteen to twenty minutes away by car. Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, and Beer are all in that direction.
Exeter is roughly half an hour. Dartmoor is about the same, maybe forty minutes depending on which part you're heading for. The South West Coast Path is easily accessible from several spots along the coast.
For facilities: everything's included, bedding, towels, WiFi, parking. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs.
