The Old Piggery
The Old Piggery is in Sidbury, Devon. It's a detached cottage on its own little drive. You get a large terrace and a lawned garden area.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's been finished to a high spec. It's a converted building, so it's open plan downstairs.
The view is nice. You look out over fields towards the village church and the hills. It's quiet.
The village pub and shop are about five minutes walk away. The pub serves food. The East Devon Way footpath runs right past the property if you want a walk.
Sidmouth is the nearest town, about two miles away. That's where the main shops are and you can get down to the beach. The coast there is part of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site.
If you drive along the coast, Beer and Branscombe are good for a visit. They're classic Devon fishing villages. For a change of pace, Exeter is about half an hour away. Dartmoor is about an hour's drive.
In terms of what's here: there's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi and parking. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets.
