The Pink House
The Pink House is in Branscombe, near Seaton. It's a detached house we finished renovating a few years ago. It sleeps eight, with four bedrooms. They all have their own bathrooms.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means things like underfloor heating downstairs, a good kitchen, and a wood burner. The main living area is open plan with big doors out to the garden. You have the garden to yourselves. There's a hot tub.
The stairs are fine. One bedroom is on the ground floor. The other three are upstairs. Two of the beds can be split into singles if you need that, you just have to tell us when you book.
You can bring up to three dogs. There's parking on the drive.
You can walk down to Branscombe beach in about ten minutes. It's a pebble beach. The South West Coast Path runs right through, so you can walk along the cliffs. The walk from Branscombe to Beer is about an hour and the views are good.
There's a pub next door, The Masons Arms. They do food.
Sidmouth is about ten minutes away by car. Lyme Regis is about half an hour. If you're looking for walks or places to visit, these sites are useful: National Trust Devon, and for the coast path details, South West Coast Path.
